“Even our own relatives don’t want to visit us anymore”
“They’re afraid they won’t be able to take a shower. Plus, they feel bad that they are taking our water,” says the Kronus family from Václavice. Every evening they face the uncertainty of whether they will have enough water the next day. The well is not sufficient for their water consumption, the level only reaching a few centimeters. They use water from the stream, but they have to do their laundry at the Unity of the Brethren in Chrastava or at work.
